Janssen Homes has built over 1 500 homes in more than 40 communities in and around Calgary and Cochrane.

In 1964, Gert Janssen started building homes in Calgary with a commitment to quality and functional design. Our current President, Conrad Janssen, followed in his father’s footsteps working on site doing labour and framing beginning in his teenage years. Today, we continue to uphold the same principles the company was built on, passing on those values and skills to the next generation.

Another unique facet of the company is the importance placed on business relationships. We believe that honesty, trust and respect are crucial for empowering our employees and our sub-contractors. The result has been a network of people who strive to produce a quality product we can all take pride in, which in turn earns us the business of our customers. Our commitment to our trades, and vice versa, has led to many of them working with us for over 20 years and in some cases over 50 years.
